Duplex patch cord is a type of optical patch cord that consists of two fiber optic cables, each with a connector on one end, bundled together. The two cables are typically color-coded for easy identification, with one cable often colored orange and the other colored aqua.
The duplex patch cord is designed for bidirectional communication, allowing data to be transmitted and received simultaneously. This makes it suitable for applications where both upstream and downstream data transmission is required, such as in network connections between switches, routers, or other network devices.
The connectors on a duplex patch cord are typically the same type, such as SC, LC, ST, or FC, on both ends. The connectors are often configured in a duplex clip, which keeps the two connectors aligned and allows for easy insertion and removal.
Available in different connector types including LC, SC, ST, FC, etc.
Ceramic Ferrule;
High return loss;
Low insertion loss;
Good repeatability and and exchangeability
Excellent Polished and 100% tested;
Complying with Telcordia ,GR-326-Core, IEC and RoHS Standard.
