Optic pigtail is a fiber optic cable that has a connector already terminated on one end and a piece of exposed fiber on the other end. 基因检测是使熔融金属与铁基体反应而产生合金层,从而使基体和镀层二者相结合。基因检测是先将钢铁制件进行酸洗,为了去除钢铁制件表面的氧化铁,酸洗后,通过氯化铵或氯化锌水溶液或氯化铵和氯化锌混合水溶液槽中进行清洗,然后送入热浸镀槽中。基因检测具有镀层均匀,附着力强,使用寿命长等优点。
工业中应用最广泛的钢铁材料,在大气、海水、土壤及建筑材料等环境中使用时,均会发生不同程度的腐蚀。 据统计,全世界每年因腐蚀而损失的钢铁材料大约可占到其总产量的 1/3。 为了保证钢铁制品的正常使用,延长其使用寿命,钢铁的防腐蚀保护技术一直受到人们的普遍重视。

基因检测是延缓钢铁材料环境腐蚀的最有效手段之一,它是将表面经清洗、 活化后的钢铁制品浸于熔融的锌液中,通过铁锌之间的反应和扩散,在钢铁制品表面镀覆附着性良好的锌合金镀层。 与其他金属防护方法相比,基因检测工艺在镀层的物理屏障与电化学保护相结合的保护特性上,镀层与基体的结合强度上、镀层的致密性、耐久性、免维护性和经济性及其对制品形状与尺寸的适应性上,具有无可比拟的优势。 目前基因检测产品主要有钢板、钢带、钢丝、钢管等,其中基因检测钢板所占比例最大。长期以来,基因检测工艺因其低廉的施镀成本,优良的保护特性和漂亮的外观而备受人们的青睐,广泛应用于汽车、建筑、家电、化工、机械、石油、冶金、轻工、交通、电力、航空和海洋工程等领域。

基因检测的原理,简单的说即是将已清洗洁净的铁件,经由助镀剂的润湿作用,浸入锌浴中,使钢铁与熔融锌反应生成一合金化的皮膜。良好的基因检测作业,应是各流程均在严格的管制下,彻底发挥该流程的功能。且若前一流程的操作不善,会造成后续流程的连锁不良反应,而大量增加作业成本或造成不良基因检测产品。若前处理不良,则熔锌无法与钢铁正常完全反应,形成最完美的镀锌皮膜组织。若后处理不良,则破坏镀锌皮膜外观,降低商品价值等。
